Door Screen Details

    The Mirage Retractable Screen is made from durable extruded aluminum.   After going
    through an extensive cleaning process the aluminum parts are powder coated in-house by
    trained Mirage personnel.  The powder coated finished is then put through a fired curing
    process.  The result being a finish that  is guaranteed to not peel or crack for as long as you
    own your home.  Additionally,  the finish exceeds on of the toughest paint standards in the
    industry for UV and salt spray resistance… AAMA 2603-98.   Extensive testing is done on a
    daily basis to ensure that the product meets Q-Base Quality standards.

    The plastic components:  pull bar guides,  housing caps,  magnets,  and handles are made of
    high-impact, UV resistant materials.   The screen mesh is made of a durable vinyl-coated
    fiberglass material by Phifer Wire Products, Inc. a world leader in fiberglass screening.   The
    screening material is the standard 18 x 14 mesh and is available in either gray or charcoal
    color.

    Whether it is in-swing,  out-swing, or sliding doors Mirage Retractable Screens can be made
    to fit  almost  any door application.  Door heights up to 110” and door widths up to 55” on a
    single door and 110” on a double door are available.  

    Each screen is custom made by Mirage for your specific door opening.  A factory trained
    installer will make sure that the screen is operating smoothly and that you are completely
    satisfied with the installation.

    The Mirage Retractable Screen is ideal for use on windows also and is available in heights to
    78” and widths to 55”.  Window screens can be mounted either horizontally or vertically.

    The Mirage Retractable Screen is available in 7 standard colors or 34 custom colors.  Mirage
    also has available a custom color match program where you pick the color and they will match
    it.

    Mirage offers the best warranty on the market… a one year warranty on parts and labor and a
    limited lifetime warranty on all parts (except the screen material) under normal wear and tear.

    This product is not available as a do it yourself installation.
