Long Lasting & Low Maintenance:

The ProBuilt railings are fabricated using the latest technology in highest quality, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloys
and exterior metal coatings. The powder coated finish is formulated to exceed the toughest standards in the industry for
UV and salt spray resistance… AAMA 2603-98.

All painting is done in-house by trained ProBuilt personnel to ensure a quality finish. The aluminum components are
cleaned and pretreated prior to the application of the electrostatic finish to ensure a good bond.

The factory’s Q-Base quality system mandates daily testing be carried out to ensure the adherence and cure of the
coating. The result is no rusting, rotting, repainting, and low maintenance.

The manufacturer is so confident in the durability of the finished coating that they guarantee that the standard factory
paint finish will not split, peel, flake, or blister for as long as you own the railing.

The connection between the post and base plate is critical.   To ensure the greatest strength we use a combination of a
welded connection as well as a mechanical connection.

With its patented “wrap around picket spacer, the ProBuilt Aluminum Railing System can be done installed quickly and
easily without the need for a professional installer. All ProBuilt railing components (posts, rails, pickets, and spacers)
are engineered to easily slide and snap into place in a few steps for professional looking results. However, if you wish,
we can do the installation for you.

Hacksaw with metal cutting blade or 10” Mitre Saw, Electric Drill, 1/8” and 3/16” Drill Bits, 3/8” Hex Head Driver,
Number 2 Square Drive Bit, Measuring Tape, Level, Chalk Line, Silicone Exterior Caulking
